How long does it take to set up Aura?

Do I need technical skills to set up Aura?

Pricing & Billing

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. The plan (€39/mo) has a hard cap at 120 minutes with zero overage. The plan (€499/mo) includes 2,280 minutes with unlimited overage at €0.25/min.

All setup, software updates, security, and basic integrations are included in the base price.

Do unused minutes roll over?

On monthly plans, minutes expire at the end of the billing cycle. However, on , unused minutes roll over month-to-month within your annual term (capped at 1x your monthly allowance).

Is there a discount for non-profits?

Yes. We offer 25% off for non-profits, 30% for educational institutions, and 20% for healthcare providers (with annual billing). Contact our sales team to apply.

Features & Capabilities

Can Aura understand different accents?

Yes. In ideal conditions, accuracy is 95-99% for standard accents. For heavy regional accents or noisy environments, accuracy is around 85-90%. Aura is designed to ask clarifying questions ("Did you say no onions?") if confidence is low, and can escalate to a human if needed.

Does Aura sound like a robot?

No. We use advanced neural voice technology with natural intonation, pacing, and breathing sounds. In beta testing, 68% of customers did not realize they were speaking with an AI in the first 30 seconds.

Can customers interrupt Aura?

Yes! Aura supports "barge-in" capability. If a customer interrupts mid-sentence, Aura stops speaking immediately, listens to the new input, and responds appropriately. This creates a natural, conversational flow.

What languages are supported?

Aura supports including Lithuanian, English, Russian, Polish, German, French, and Spanish. It features automatic language detection, meaning it can switch languages instantly based on what the caller speaks.

Integration & Technical

Does it work with my existing phone system?

Yes, via simple call forwarding. You keep your existing number and forward calls to the number Aura provides. It works with landlines, VoIP (RingCentral, Vonage), and mobile phones.

Can Aura send orders to my POS?

Yes. We have direct integrations with Square, Clover, Toast, Lightspeed, and Shopify. Orders placed via voice appear in your POS and print to the kitchen automatically. Custom integrations are available on the Growth plan.

What happens during downtime?

We maintain a 99.5% uptime SLA. If Aura detects an issue, calls automatically failover to your backup phone number instantly, ensuring you never miss a call.

Multi-Location & Scaling

Can I manage multiple locations?

Absolutely. Each location gets its own phone number, menu, pricing, and hours. You can control everything from a centralized dashboard, setting global standards while allowing for local customizations.

Can different locations have different prices?

Yes. Every location has independent pricing settings for menu items, taxes, and delivery fees. This is perfect for franchises with varying cost structures.

Security & Compliance

Is Aura GDPR-compliant?

Yes, fully. We use EU servers, encryption in transit and at rest, and provide Data Processing Agreements (DPA). You retain full control over data retention and deletion.

Is voice data used to train AI models?

By default, . Your data is private to your account. You can choose to opt-in to help improve the model (in exchange for a 10% discount), but this is entirely optional.
